Time to end our love affair with charisma

It may be time to end our love affair with charisma. Charisma has a place in our communication, but it is not a reliable indicator of deep expertise and knowledge. My opinion is we have become too dependent on it and this is something I teach! With such an increase in importance, something importance has been lost. We need to get that back and put charisma in its proper place
