I was so glad Caroline Kay could join me to talk about how things are going in her business. Caroline is the founder of CK International, a global events consultancy, whose clients top the A-list of international business. She has developed and executed more that 2500 events all over the world with thousands of attendees.
Caroline and I had a lively and honest conversation about the events industry during times of crisis (she’s faced them before) and what makes her certain in-person meetings will return, albeit to a vastly altered landscape (I agree!).
Especially fascinating is her knowledge of innovative and emerging technologies that businesses planning future events will use. She is generous to share all this with us.
